Job description

Coverage Needed

• ASAP - ongoing
• Must be able to float between two locations, typically informed the day before if reassigned
• Schedule: 8, 10, 12, 16, 24 hour shifts
  • Later shift option from 3pm-11pm and weekend shifts available
  • 40-hour guarantee is an option

Clinical Details

• No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
• Limited pediatric cases, but mostly standard procedures
• 36-46 total cases per day between two locations; 15-20 cases per site
• Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia
• CRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placements

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active MI license
• Clean Background
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Local Providers- Highly Preferred
• Current flu vaccine or able to get a medical exemption
• Need to be available immediately and must be able to work weekdays (minimum of 3 days per week)
