Dates of Assignment: As soon as credentialed and ongoing

Details of Assignment:

1. NBCRNA & Oregon License required
2. Monday-Friday coverage with call shared between group
3. CRNA only group; CRNAs have lots of autonomy and need to be comfortable working independently
4. Case mix includes OB, general surgery, podiatry, urology, and ortho
5. EMR Epic
6. 60-90 days to credential
