Trauma Level II facility offering inpatient, outpatient, and surgical care.

Position Details

• Shifts: Varied, with 2-3 calls per month
• Number of Beds: 10 ORs
• Procedures: General surgical, IV regional, spinal, epidural, regional, OB, neurosurgical

Key Requirements

• Licensure: Illinois license
• Board Certification: Certified in Nurse Anesthesia
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA, CSRA
• Vaccinations: COVID and Flu required
