Job description

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

(40 hours/week) Open to 4 10's or 5 8's - full time need.

Job Details:

• Level III Trauma Center
• Collaborative MD/CRNA relationship
• NO CALL REQUIREMENTS (do have weekend and day call if interested)
• Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): adolescents, adults, geriatrics
• Types of cases/Specialty mix: Level III Trauma Center.
• Must be comfortable with all cases General (Laparoscopic cholecystectomy/appy) , Robotic (Gastric Bypass, prostates), vascular (Endo AAA, A-V fistulas, CAE s), ortho, mastectomies, cystoscopy s)
  

Credentialing Information:

• 6 weeks could be faster if provider is MA licensed
• Requirements: BLS, ACLS

Submission Requirement:

• MA license - Highly preferred
• Board Certified
• Clean background
• Minimum of 2 years experience
