Opportunity

CRNAs: Elevate Your Career

A unique opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our anesthesia team, now employed under the hospital's medical group. We're committed to creating an environment where CRNAs are integral to our mission of delivering exceptional care.

• We have 12-13 MDs
• 9 full-time/part-time staff CRNAs
• Currently mainly 8-hour shifts available; 1-2 10-hour shifts also available

• No overnight call
• Between 3-6 weekend beeper call shifts per year, depending on staffing
• Anesthesia care team model
• Variety of general surgery, significant orthopedics, some spine, gynecology, ENT, healthy pediatrics, and lots of endoscopy
• High volume of OB cases, but CRNAs are minimally involved; MDs handle OB C-sections and epidurals
• Case load varies from 1 to 15 cases per day, with an average of 4-5 cases, especially in our busy endo suite

Compensation

Salary is $290,800, complemented by a $25,000 signing bonus.
