Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a CRNA to join our team in Kissimmee. Enjoy 10 weeks off, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, PLUS a $100K Sign-On Bonus!

Highlights of the opportunity include:

• $100K Sign-On Bonus
• Team consists of 2 Physicians and 5 CRNA/CAAs
• 4 ORs + 2 endo rooms
• Cases including General, GI, Orthopedic, Eyes, and Podiatry
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 10 weeks off
• iProcedures for electronic charting
