COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Salary: Up to $325K (1099 or W2). Please send salary requirement for consideration.
• Loan repayment: $10,800 from hospital, PSLF and NHSC qualified.
• Sign-On, relocation, & retention bonuses for FTE employees.
• Vacation: 6 weeks or more. Surgery closed on holidays.
• CME: $1,000 annually.
• Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision insurance, effective after 30 days.
• Retirement: Employer contributes 6.2% of annual salary.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Cases and case mix: Approximately 80 cases per month, about 4 per day.
• Procedures: General Surgery, Scopes (Daily); Pain management (Twice weekly); GYN (Biweekly); Ophthalmology, Urology, Orthopedics (Monthly); PRN cases including OB, Epidurals, C-Sections (average 4 births/month).
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM (some days less than 8 hours). May go offsite after cases.
• Call: 1:3 weeks.
• Housing: Accommodations provided for on-site and off-site housing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Licensed CRNA.
• Competent with the variety of cases listed above.
