Looking for 2 Locums CRNA available FULL TIME to fill the need!

Schedule:

1. OR M-Th 10 hour days, Fri: 5p Sat 6:30am, Sat: Off, Sun: 6:30am-6:30am, Mon: Off, Tues Fri 10 hour days
2. Otherwise: Sat 6:30a - 6:30a or Fri 5p - 6:30a / Sun 6:30 - 6:30
3. Schedule for new Locum CRNA's: Mon-Fri, 7a - 3:30p (8 hour shifts only. Not accepting providers only interested in 10 hour shifts).

Details:

• Starting as soon as credentialed
• Cerner & paper charting
• Level II
• All ages, but very sick pediatrics are usually shipped to another facility as their hospital is not equipped to handle these patients.

Submission Requirements

• NBCRNA - REQUIRED
• BLS & ACLS - REQUIRED
• Active IA License or Active Compact License - REQUIRED
• Must be available full time - REQUIRED (can accept providers available 1-2 weeks per month)
• Provider is available for full week of M-F, note what shifts provider is interested in - REQUIRED
• Clean record/license needed for quick credentialing - REQUIRED
• Covid Vaccination - REQUIRED
