Job Description:
- On call: There is a quarterly weekend call requirement assigned randomly among team members. This includes a mix of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, designated as primary, backup, and secondary backup. Staff are excluded from taking call on weekends surrounding their PTO.
- Weekday call requirements: Currently, there is an average of one weekday call shift every six weeks, scheduled from 7 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Thursday.
- Schedule: Includes a mix of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts.
- Facility: The hospital is a Level 2 trauma center with 16 operating rooms, 4 endoscopy suites, 2 OB operating rooms, and 5 NORA sites.
- Cases: We cover a broad range of general and complex cases, including kidney transplants, thoracic, orthopedic (including trauma), bariatrics, podiatry, gynecology, neuro, ETCs, MRI/CT, heart and vascular, OB, and regional blocks.
- Team: Professional, confident, and friendly team of providers.
- Experience: Experience is preferred but we are also willing to consider new graduates.
Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements:
- Board Certified NBCRNA: Required by the start date.
- MI License: Willing to obtain if not already licensed.
