CRNA Opening - Lima, OH

Open to new grads

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent
• 8 current CRNAs + 1 MD on-staff
• Practice setting: all services performed at the hospital
• Schedule: 7:00 am-3:30 pm (flexible end time depending on hours worked). 8 or 10-hour shifts preferred based on operational needs, with the possibility of 12-hour shifts. Weekends as needed.
• EMR: Meditech
• Technology: Spectrum Anesthesia EMR
• Average number of surgical cases per shift: 2-3 per CRNA; total of 20-30 OR cases per day
• Average number of Pain Management cases per shift: 1 day per week in the OR
• Level II Trauma Designation
• Annual ER Volume: 28,000
• Number of operating rooms: 12 (7 OR suites, 2 Endo suites, 2 Open heart suites, 1 OB OR)
• Patient demographics: Mainly adults, some Well-Peds cases such as BMT and T&A
• Supportive supervision encouraging CRNA autonomy, with a strong anesthesiologist team
• Organized, anesthesia-specific EMR system
• Up-to-date equipment and technology
• Robust block program supported by dedicated block-trained RNs and techs
• Great team environment
• No neonatal surgeries
• Procedures include general, MAC, TIVA, pre-ops, inductions, emergences, nerve blocks, etc., performed independently
• No bariatric or transplant surgeries
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days
