Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Grand Blanc is seeking a dedicated CRNA for ongoing coverage. The role involves working in a hospital-based setting with a team approach, performing various anesthesia procedures. Candidates must have NBCRNA certification and an active Michigan license. Flexibility in shifts is available, with a minimum requirement of three days per week. Local providers are highly preferred, and experience is a plus, though training on complex cases is offered.
Qualifications

- Experience preferred, but willing to train on more complex cases if needed.
Responsibilities
- CRNAs perform their own lines and regional anesthesia.
- Average surgical cases per day: 30-50.
- Team approach with significant independence.

Coverage Needed :
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Monday-Friday day shifts; Open to 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- Minimum of 3 days per week required
- Full time availability - Preferred
Clinical Details :
- Practice setting: Hospital-based
- No call required
- Documentation system: Paper charts (No EMR)
- CRNA role: Team approach with significant independence; may supervise or have CRNA students shadow
- Average surgical cases per day: 30-50
- OR staff includes SAA, surgeon, CRNA
- Number of operating rooms: 22
- Patient demographic: Typically adults
- Procedures Required : General surgical cases (adult) and IV regional anesthesia
- CRNAs perform their own lines and regional anesthesia (preferred but not required)
- Case types: General anesthesia, local cases, healthy neuro, ortho, spinals, OB, GYN, urology
- Limited pediatric cases
- Rare dental cases (approximately one day per month)
- No cardiac cases
Requirements :
- NBCRNA certification required
- Active Michigan license or IMLC required
- may consider licensing for the right candidate
- Clean background required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Local providers - Highly Preferred
- Required to work a minimum of 3 days per week
- Experience preferred, but willing to train on more complex cases if needed
