• Position: Full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs)
• Employer: Deaconess Hospital
• Compensation: Competitive, with both 1099 and employed options available
• Requirements:
  • Certification by the NBCRNA
  • Active Indiana license (Kentucky license preferred)
• Primary Location: Deaconess Hospital (Operating Room)
• Care Model: Implemented care team model
• Experience: 1-3 years preferred, but not required
• Work Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 12-hour shifts
  • Early mornings and occasional weekend shifts required
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide anesthesia services primarily in the Operating Room
  • Cases include: general, ortho, neuro, uro, vascular, cardiac, OB/GYN, basic peds, and regionals
• Technology: Fully implemented EMR (EPIC), integrated with Deaconess Health System
