- Other Details: The role is part-time with a minimum 6-month commitment, offering 8, 10, or 12-hour weekday shifts depending on location GI typically requiring 8-hour shifts and OR coverage needing 10 or 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible, hold active ACLS and BLS certifications, and have completed at least 200 cases and 425 anesthesia hours in the past 12 months. Indiana licensure is preferred but not required; IMLC candidates and those needing licensure will be accepted. New grads are not eligible. CRNAs are expected to work under a medically supervised model with an anesthesiologist supervising up to 5 CRNAs and must be comfortable handling high-volume cases in specialties such as GI, ortho, neuro, trauma, general surgery, and more. No OB or open heart procedures are involved. The EMR used is Epic, and the model is not solo practice support staff includes OR nurses, OR techs, and patient care techs. Locums must correct medication errors in Epic within 24 hours to remain eligible to work.
