Opportunity:

• CRNA - Full-time, permanent position
• Procedures include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, and Endoscopies
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; 3 weeks on / 1 week off (13 weeks off annually)
• Shared call and moonlighting opportunities available
• Requirements: BLS and ACLS certifications
• EMR: EPIC
