Job description

Coverage Needed:

• May 12, 2025 - ongoing (20 shifts per month)
  • Day Shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Week Night Call: 5:00 pm - 7:00 am (post call day off)
  • 24 hour weekend shifts: 7:00 am - 7:00 am

Clinical Details:

• Procedures: General Anesthesia, Blocks, Epidurals, Peds, OB, Pain, and Regionals required; No Neuro or Hearts
• EMR: Cerner
• Support Staff: Full OR/PACU team, 3 FT Physicians, and 10 FT CRNAs

Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA (National Board of Certification for Nurse Anesthetists)
• Active Iowa license and DEA required
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Experience with a patient population mix of 60% Medicare, 85% Adult/Geriatric, and 15% Peds/Adolescent
• Ability to handle 5-15 cases per day depending on case type and volume
