Start Date: May 12, 2025 (90 days for full privileges)
Contract Length: 4 months or ongoing (until September 2025 or FT provider is hired)
Schedule: 20 shifts per month, regular weekday shifts are 7a-5p, weeknight call is 5p-7a with a post call day off, Weekend shifts are 24 hrs (7a-7p).

Details:

• Locums provider must be certified CRNA with an active IA license, BLS, PALS, and ACLS.
• OT rate available for PATIENT CARE after scheduled shift or callback.
• Support Staff: Full OR/PACU Team, 3 FT Physicians and 10 FT CRNAs
• Patient mix: 60% Medicare, 85% Adult/Geriatric, 15% Peds/Adolescent
• Avg cases/day: 5-15 depending on case type, volume, etc.
• Number of beds: 247, 8 open ICU
• Trauma Level II
• EMR is Cerner
• Procedures required: General Anesthesia, Blocks, Epidurals, etc.
• Credentials: Active IA Medical License, CRNA license, BLS, ACLS, PALS
