Need starts 7/1
Hospital setting
Physician supervision practice
Types of Cases? Orthopedics, spine, urology, plastics, general surgery, GYN
Schedule: Open to one week on/one week off, two weeks on/two weeks off, or full-time
Must be able to work at least two weeks per month
Shift options are 7a-3p, 7a-5p, or 7a-7p
Weekdays only
No night
No call
OB Coverage? No
Pediatric Cases %? Yes, about 10%
Case Volume: Per provider per day? Variable based on case type 4-15
Duration of Need? Until full time providers can be recruited
Must have active Ohio license
