Job Opportunity: Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Join our dynamic team at a comprehensive care facility in Brunswick, Maine! We are seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a 6-month locum assignment. This is an exciting opportunity within a fast-paced, inpatient setting where you will provide anesthesia care under the supervision of an anesthesiologist. Our facility focuses primarily on routine cases and has a supportive work environment with a team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver anesthesia care for a range of procedures in an inpatient setting.
• Work a schedule of 4, 10-hour shifts per week.
• Take on 1 call shift per week (7 AM to 7 AM), with call being back-up.
• Manage cases that primarily include obstetrics, catheterization labs, and pediatrics. No neuro, trauma, vascular, or cardiac cases.
• Engage in a fast-paced environment with quick turnover.
• Collaborate within a team of 4 CRNAs to 1 anesthesiologist.
• Utilize Epic for EMR documentation.

Qualifications:

• NBCRNA Certification is a must.
• Active Maine License or IMLC/Compact License.
• Availability to work the required shifts.
• Proficiency in using the Epic EMR system.
• Current Covid and Flu vaccinations are mandatory, with no exemptions.

License and Certification Requirements:
