Seeking CRNA to join an outstanding anesthesia team

We are looking for a CRNA to join a supportive and collegial group within a long-established and highly regarded anesthesia team. The team includes MDs (including a Nocturnist) and CRNAs committed to maintaining a tradition of exceptional quality and patient care. Our hospital is part of four prestigious academic medical centers and several top-tier community hospitals in the metro Boston/Eastern Massachusetts area. It is a 200+ bed community hospital that has been recognized as a Truven Top 100 Hospital seven times. Additionally, it has received A grades for patient safety and outcomes from Leapfrog since 2012.

Team Composition and Schedule

• The anesthesia team consists of 10 full-time MDs, 4 part-timers, and 16 CRNAs.
• Call responsibilities are shared equally among MDs.
• Weekday first-call shifts are only 13 hours, with pre- and post-call days off.
• The team provides regional and OB anesthesia services.
• The team does not provide cardiac, neuro, pain, or critical care services.
• Lead role available – requires 3 years of experience.
