Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a skilled CRNA for full-time coverage at Henry Ford Hospital Wyandotte in Wyandotte, MI. The CRNA will administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia to diverse patient populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics, and provide airway management as needed.

The role offers a 40k sign-on bonus eligibility and a collaborative anesthesia team focused on safe, patient-centered care across operative services.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia.
• Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other health care providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.

Work-Life

• 10 OR Room’s, VATS and Neuro cases. Interventional OR
• 3 Procedure Rooms, GI, Cath Lab, EP Lab, MRI, and busy OB
• 8, 10, 12, 16 and 24 hr. shifts
