Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, clinic, school, and in-person settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and staff, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for commuting between locations and meeting schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications And Skills

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
