Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring for part-time in-home ABA services across the United States, including Ohio and Oregon. You will work one-on-one with children with Autism, delivering evidence-based interventions and building skills in a supportive clinical team.

Training is provided to help you earn your RBT certification, and opportunities for professional growth exist as you contribute to meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
