BK Behavior is hiring in Ohio to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. We support trainees in earning the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before starting services, with paid training and strong clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
