BK Behavior seeks caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. The role offers part-time opportunities and paid training to earn the RBT certification before delivering services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
