Job summary

Main Line Health is hiring a Certified Recovery Specialist to engage patients with substance use disorders and coordinate warm handoffs across ED, inpatient units, and other settings. You will help connect patients to treatment, resources, and 12 Step information, while educating clients and families on recovery skills.

The role offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually, plus paid time off, employee discounts, and free parking, with daytime hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• One year of recent clinical experience in substance abuse treatment.
• 18 months of personal sustained recovery.
• One year recent experience in acute care hospitals as a CRS or with patients with substance use disorders.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CRS certification, including completion of CRS 54 hour training.
• Signing of an ethical code of conduct and valid PA driver's license.

Responsibilities

Certified Recovery Specialist- 40 hours/week

Shift

Day Shift- 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Experience

• One year of recent clinical experience in substance abuse treatment.
• 18 months of personal sustained recovery.
• 1 year recent experience working in acute care hospitals as a Certified Recovery Specialist or working with patients with substance use disorders.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal, written, computer and clerical skills.

Licensures/Certifications

Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) certification, including successful completion of CRS 54 hour training program.

Signing of an ethical code of conduct

Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
