BestCare in Madras, Oregon seeks a compassionate Certified Recovery Mentor to support adult females in a rural outpatient program. The CRM provides non-clinical support, facilitates classes and groups, and collaborates with the SUD Treatment Team.

You will engage clients through outreach, transportation, and recovery coaching, helping them connect to resources and maintain engagement in recovery.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have personal lived experience with Substance Use Disorder
• Must have maintained continuous recovery for the previous two years at hire

Aufgaben

• Participates and provides recovery coaching to people involved with BestCare Treatment Services.
• Makes regular telephone contact and outreach to engage clients in treatment services.
• Provides client transportation to treatment services/appointments as needed.
• Provides recovery coaching for clients during activities.
• Attends sober support meetings or other sober activities with clients.
• Helps monitor and stay connected to clients in residential/detox to reengage after discharge.
• Remains connected to clients in 12‑Step meetings and clean/sober activities.
• Provides case management referrals to resources (Food Bank, housing, healthcare, education).
• Assists with group prep and cleanup, and supports clinicians in groups.
• Helps clients develop non-using recovery activities and maintains case notes in EHR.
• Assists with UA drug testing and completes attendance/report forms.
