Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Recovery Mentor to join our SUD Treatment Team.

The role supports clients in early recovery within our intensive outpatient/Day Treatment programs, delivering education, referrals, and group activities under supervision. Responsibilities include facilitating classes and support groups, providing coaching, transportation when needed, and maintaining timely client notes in the EHR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have personal lived experience with Substance Use Disorder.
• Must have maintained continuous recovery for the previous two years at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery coaching to clients in SUD treatment.
• Facilitate classes and support groups and assist with education/referrals.
• Support transportation to treatment services and appointments when approved.
• Maintain case notes in the electronic health record system (EHR).
• Assist with program activities and group sessions under supervision.
