Job summary

Adapt Integrated Health Care seeks a Certified Recovery Mentor in Roseburg, OR. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, delivering peer-supported services to clients in SUD programs to enhance recovery connections and well-being.

The position focuses on building relationships, expanding recovery networks, and guiding clients through planning, problem-solving, and system access, while modeling healthy recovery and coordinating with staff and partners.

Qualifications

• MHACBO certified CRM (Certified Recovery Mentor) or eligible for same.
• Candidate must be a self-identified person in recovery from an addiction disorder, who meets abstinence requirements for recovering staff in an alcohol or other drug treatment program (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Build personal relationships with people experiencing behavioral health challenges and educate staff, community organizations, and the public about Peer Support Services and recovery needs.
• Support clients in expanding their social and recovery support networks.
• Help people plan appointments, share problem-solving skills, and assist with system access skills.
• Model a healthy recovery lifestyle and help integrate such skills into daily living.
• Assist peers in accessing housing and employment, interactions with probation/parole, employers, and case managers in community organizations.
• Participate in recovery support groups and/or agency alumni events.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery in compliance with agency requirements and complete required reports timely.
• Work closely with agency case managers and counselors to maintain service delivery continuity.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to agency Ethics and policies.

Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a qualified Certified Recovery Mentor to join their team!This position works Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Certified Recovery Mentor provides peer-delivered, direct-client services to clients within SUD departments to improve clients’ connections to activities that promote continued recovery and well-being.
