Requirements include:

2. Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology with at least 1 year of experience.
3. Licenses: RAD-WV (Copy needed).
4. Certifications: CERT-ARRT-R (Copy Needed); BLS-AHA (Copy Needed).
5. SSN and DOB required.
6. No more than 30 days gap in work history.
7. One reference in the last 12 months.
