Sharp HealthCare in San Diego, CA is seeking a Certified Radiologic Technologist to perform a wide range of imaging procedures with high-quality patient care. You will verify orders, operate RIS and PACS, and collaborate with Radiologists to ensure accurate exams and timely results.

Required CRT and BLS credentials; ARRT certification is preferred. Weekend as-needed work is possible, with 8/40 hour shifts and 8-hour days. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and patient communication.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of formal training program in an AMA approved school and meets the requirements of an appropriate State and/or Federal mandated certification or equivalent.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - CA Department of Public Health -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED

Responsabilités

• To perform a wide variety of technical procedures with quality patient care, assisting Physicians as needed.
• Communication: Communicates pertinent system issues to the Lead/Supervisor/PACS Manager/Systems Analyst or vendor on a timely basis.
• Daily operations: Maintains department regulatory requirements and completes RIS paperwork for exams and billing modifiers.
• PACS and SYNAPSE: Properly QC images and ensure images are sent to PACS for Radiologist review.

CRT Certification - CA Department of Public Health - REQUIRED

AHA BLS Certification - REQUIRED

ARRT Certification - PREFERRED
