Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

AFP is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant ready to shift away from traditional models for Tax Professionals in public accounting and move towards building equity in their own practice while becoming a partner in an established and thriving local firm.

AFP offers a unique business model, allowing CPAs the opportunity to build their practice with support for practice management needs such as administrative tasks, IT support, etc. The firm supports CPAs by transferring existing clients and providing new client referrals, offering a salary until the CPA has developed a book of clients, through which they earn their own income while still benefiting from the support of seasoned partners.

This position requires candidates with at least 5 years' experience preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses who already have their CPA. It is a long-term, onsite role ideal for a CPA wishing to have their own practice with the support of an existing firm sharing in practice management costs.
