Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally, friendly, and confidently via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria (must have or be willing to obtain).
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread over three or more days.

• Assist customers with their taxes using TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role utilizing advanced video communication software, with documentation of interactions to maintain records.
