Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy and active MI PTA license.
• Experience in an orthopedic PT setting preferred.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organization and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing physical therapy services per therapists’ treatment plans.
• Collaborate with therapists, patients and families to ensure plan adherence.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and home programs.
• Document patient assessments, treatments and progress notes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
