Qualifications

This position supports the District Manager, Operations & Sales Support teams, and Equipment Sales teams to deliver a superior customer experience by planning and managing the installation of capital equipment. Key responsibilities include coordination, communication, and ensuring high-quality, efficient installations to achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in Equipment Planning Meetings (EPM) to update project progress and resolve issues.
2. Update project management software (Trello) with notes and pictures.
3. Manage documentation related to installations.
4. Assist in selecting installation teams and managing timelines.
5. Serve as the primary contact for large capital equipment installations, monitor progress, and coordinate with sales and contractors.
6. Review plans, specifications, and equipment orders for accuracy.
7. Ensure job site readiness and coordinate equipment delivery.
8. Attend project kick-offs and go-live meetings.
9. Communicate with customers and escalate issues as needed.
10. Manage project punch lists and ensure proper use and care of equipment.
11. Coordinate disconnect/reconnect assessments and ensure compliance with local codes.
12. Assist in risk management and address installation issues.

In addition, all roles require providing leadership at job sites, coaching team members, maintaining standards, and adhering to company policies.
