This is a senior project management role responsible for managing and coordinating project management activities related to DHS priority initiatives and projects. The person in this role is expected to apply predictive, adaptive, or hybrid project management methodology and tools to deliver projects. This position also provides advice and assistance to divisional leadership, and to other division administrators and DHS leaders on issues of department-wide importance and/or of priority to specific divisions.

The individual in this role will manage both technical and organizational change management workstreams, ensuring smooth transition to operational delivery units.
