CBRE in Dallas is seeking a skilled Plumber to perform preventive maintenance, installation, testing, and repair of plumbing, medical gas distribution, and related systems across facilities.

You will follow codes, complete safety inspections, train staff, respond to emergencies, and support projects while adhering to HSE requirements. A Journeyman plumbing certification is required; Medical Gas and Backflow certifications are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• Journeyman plumbing certification required.
• Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and physical ability to perform duties.

Responsabilidades

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and gas distribution systems.
• Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures per blueprints and codes.
• Ensure waste/vent lines are operational and clear with standard tools.
• Assist other staff or contractors on projects and installations.
• Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Provide training to staff for light plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to emergencies and report safety concerns to management.
