Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

This on-site role will carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Compassionate PTA able to support rehab services in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Experience implementing treatment plans created by Physical Therapists.
• Proficient in documenting patient progress in EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
