Qualifications

• Certified Phlebotomist with current certification.
• At least 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred in lab/hospital settings.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Verify patient identification and accurate specimen labeling.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and temperature records.
