Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a current national or state registration, certification, or license as required.
• Assist pharmacists in responsibilities not requiring pharmacist judgment.
• Provide excellent customer experience through reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps.
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians.
• Compound medications per regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information.
• Support non-dispensing services via platforms and apps.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings per state, federal laws, and policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services as allowed by regulators.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
