Walgreens Co. in California is seeking an associate to assist pharmacists under supervision, process prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations. You will engage customers, help with inventory, and handle clerical duties while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes a strong customer experience, teamwork, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior Walgreens experience or PTCB certification is preferred.

Formación

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and pharmacy duties.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and assist with cash registers and clerical tasks.
• Deliver a delightful customer experience and greet customers to offer help proactively.
• Support inventory management, stocking, receiving and workflow coordination in the pharmacy.
• Enter patient and drug information, check for interactions, and report prescription errors as needed.
• Assist with external and internal coordination with medical providers and clinics.
