Piedmont Health Services, Inc. seeks a Certified Pharmacy Technician for the Moncure CHC facility in North Carolina. The role supports daily pharmacy operations, orders medications, runs reports, and collaborates with pharmacists and center staff to ensure quality patient care.

The ideal candidate is a certified Pharmacy Technician, with up-to-date immunizations, and a willingness to work in a dynamic community health setting. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Preferred: English/Spanish bilingual skills, 1–3 years experience in pharmacy and customer service/healthcare.
• Current/valid License: Passed National Certification Exam; registered with NC Board of Pharmacy.
• Immunizations: Up-to-date prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes pharmacy knowledge to ensure appropriate decisions in conjunction with the pharmacist.
• Assesses individual patient questions and refers to the pharmacist as needed.
• Provide services to all age groups and discuss medication usage with pharmacist.
• Communicate drug information to medical staff using appropriate references.
• Assist with pharmacy operations and reporting to support the Pharmacy Manager.
