Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Fill prescriptions by counting and pouring medications and verify medicine.
• Maintain stock and assist inventory management.
• Handle cash register and assist customers to the OTC aisle.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
