Sam's West, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Associate at our Edmond, OK location to assist Members with purchases, returns, and inquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.

You'll operate cash registers, process payments, and help with pharmacy orders while maintaining shelving and store cleanliness. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to deliver a great Member experience and uphold Walmart's service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by identifying needs and assisting with purchases.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Stock and organize Pharmacy and merchandise areas.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and maintain documentation.
• Follow company policies and uphold integrity and customer focus.
