Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Operates cash registers or related equipment, processes purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges as required by policy.
• Supports Pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing orders, stocking supplies, and maintaining documentation.
• Maintains Pharmacy area and logs, collaborates with managers and coworkers, and adapts to changes with openness to feedback.
• Upholds company ethics, applies the Open Door Policy and participates in continuous improvement.
