Job summary

Sam's Club in Edmond, OK is seeking a customer service associate to assist members, answer questions, and guide purchases in-store. Responsibilities

• Provide Member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products and services.
• Operate cash registers and processes member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges, apply procedures for different memberships and payment types.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders, stock pharmacy supplies, enter prescription information, complete required paperwork.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area, organize and maintain the area, use equipment appropriately, complete paperwork logs.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicate progress; identify priorities and deadlines; adapt to change.
• Comply with policies and ethical standards; apply Open Door Policy in business processes.
