Walgreens Co. is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support the pharmacist and help deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Under supervision, you will process prescriptions, manage pharmacy systems, assist with inventory, and help coordinate clinical services with local healthcare providers to ensure safe, accurate, and friendly service for every patient.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of inventory control.

Responsabilités

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and assist with third party claims.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues and greet customers to offer assistance.
• Support inventory management and maintain stocking in the Pharmacy Department.
• Prepare and assist with clinical services as required and coordinate with health providers.
