Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to train.
• AS degree or higher preferred, with certification in pharmacy practice desirable.
• PTCB or other nationally recognized certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in triaging, processing and delivering prescriptions to patients.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Assist in third-party claim submissions and resubmissions as needed.
• Ensure every prescription is checked by a pharmacist prior to dispensing.
• Operate cash register and answer telephones; provide customer service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adherence to regulatory policies.
• Support MTM and other patient-centered professional services.
