Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Pharmacy Clerk to assist the professional staff with triaging, processing and delivering prescriptions to patients and to help manage pharmacy inventory and third-party receivables.

You will perform store clerk duties, learn the pharmacy management and POS systems, support MTM programs and patient services, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Assist in triaging, processing and delivery of prescriptions.
• Assist in management of Pharmacy Inventory and Third-Party Receivables.
• Accurate cash handling and POS operations.
• Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform store clerk duties including cash register and phone calls.
• Learn and operate pharmacy management and POS systems.
• Support quality assurance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, cycle counts, returns.
• Ensure every prescription is checked by a pharmacist prior to dispensing.
• Assist MTM programs and other patient-centered services.
• Complete mandatory training and regulatory programs.
