Schedule
Full-Time: 40 Hours/Week
Hours: Weekdays, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Every third weekend, 7:00 am 3:30 pm, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, or 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Team members rotate between Gettysburg Hospital, the WellSpan Adams Health Center Adams Infusion Pharmacy, and the Hanover Infusion Pharmacy.
General Summary
The Certified Pharmacy Technician I assists with the preparation and distribution of medications. The position requires specialized pharmacy education, training, and certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or a comparable entity. The role is eligible for advanced technician positions based on job performance and successful completion of requirements for advancement established in the Pharmacy Technician Career Ladder criteria grids.
