Kroger Co. in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support health and wellness initiatives and ensure safe patient experiences. You will assist pharmacists and handle reception, data entry, adjudication and dispensing steps while upholding HIPAA and accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining required registrations, training staff, performing CLIA-waived screenings where permitted, and ensuring sanitation and safety guidelines are followed within the store environment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsabilités

• Support pharmacist in duties that do not require professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience through reception, data entry, adjudication and dispensing steps.
• Assist with training of clerks and technicians.
• Perform HIPAA-compliant patient interactions and maintain privacy.
• Assist with CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain sanitation and safety according to company and regulatory guidelines.
